The RADIONE Dengue Virus Detection Kit is an in vitro diagnostic medical device, based on Real-time PCR technology to detect the Dengue Virus RNA.
The Kit is intended for the presumptive qualitative detection of nucleic acid extracted from the Dengue virus in human serum specimens obtained from patients
with signs and symptoms of Dengue.
The assay is for use by a laboratory professional trained to use real-time PCR in a laboratory.
The RADIONE system is a Point of Care(POC) machine including nucleic acid extraction, amplification, and detection from samples using real-time PCR technology, delivering efficient and accurate results. The Kit must be used together with the RADIONE Universal DNA/RNA extractionKit(KP001) on the RADIONE instrument(KM009), as they are designed to be used in combination to get the final results.
