RADIONE Universal DNA/RNA extraction kit is a reagent used to extract nucleic acids from bacteria and viruses present in samples collected from various types as below: swabs, serum, plasma, whole blood, urine, stool and tissue. This kit can only be used with RADI ONE (Ref. KM009). The extracted nucleic acid can be used in all experiments that require nucleic acids, such as real-time PCR and NGS.

This product is a magnetic extraction method that separates nucleic acids using a silica-coated magnetic bead. The sample is degraded by the provided Lysis buffer, and the exposed nucleic acid is bound to the Silica-coated magnetic bead, and impurities are removed by the Washing buffer. After this, the purified DNA/RNA is eluted with an Elution buffer.
