RADI Influenza Ag Rapid test is a rapid immuno-chromatographic assay for qualitative detection of Influenza virus A type and B type antigens in human nasopharyngeal swab. Flu is caused by viruses that infect the respiratory tract which are divided into three types: designated A,B and C. Most people who get the flu recover completely within 1 to 2 weeks, but some people develop serious and potentially life-threatening medical complications, such as pneumonia.

Insert a sterile swab into the nostril of the patient, swab over the surface of the posterior nasopharynx. Withdraw the sterile swab from the nasal cavity.
Insert the swab into the extraction buffer tube. Stir the swab more than 5times by squeezing the tube and press the nozzle cap tightly onto the tube.
Apply 3 drops of extracted specimen to the specimen well of the test device.
Read within 15 minutes.
Do not read after 15 mins.
